Not all meditation styles are created equal, and most people spend the majority of their time meditating either distracted or disrupted. Using neurofeedback technology allows a trained clinician to objectively monitor your brain while you meditate, make sure you are doing it properly, and help you get back on track when you fall off.

Private 2-Day NeuroMeditation Retreat

I work with one person at a time in my office in Danvers, Massachusetts. Each meditation retreat retreat is a 2-day workshop from 10am until 3:30pm with a one-hour lunch break. Retreats are generally held on a Friday and Saturday.

Once we have a destination and a route, the journey begins. Consider me the tour guide. I will monitor your brain while you meditate and provide suggestions if you go off course.

If you break a circle anywhere, it is no longer a circle. My job is to identify the weak points in your negative cycles, and help you create a new positive pathway.
