I’m sure you have many questions, the most important one being “Can this guy help me?” That question is a little trickier to answer in a generic online format, but hopefully these other answers will start to help you figure out if I am the right fit for your needs.
Coaching is a process that helps you identify your goals to living an ideal life, keeps you accountable to moving towards them, and helps you overcome any barriers along the way.
Private retreats allow you and/or your partner to take a deep dive into making positive changes. The retreat schedule is 10am to 4pm with a one hour lunch break. All couples’ retreats are 2 days, and individual retreats can be 1 or 2 days. During our time together, we will assess your needs, make a clear plan of action to achieve your goals, and work through any barriers together.
Private 2-day retreats are $3200 for an individual or couple. Additional services can be purchased as add ons based on your specific needs. At times, a 1-day retreat might be appropriate, which is available at a reduced fee.
No. Because coaching is not a mental health service and you will not receive a diagnosis, you cannot use your insurance for the service.
Neurofeedback is a learning process where information about your mind or body is made available to you so that you can either change it or increase self awareness. In some cases the neurofeedback equipment sends a signal to your brain that makes the change for you. In other cases you are required to make the change based on the feedback you are given. It is generally considered to be a non invasive style of feedback for your brain and body.
The brain map allows us to determine which areas of your brain are strong and which need support. Think of it like a tuner for brain performance and harmony. The test is painless, and usually takes less than one hour with additional time needed for analysis.
Yes. Although many clients feel that working intensively for a few days provides them with great value, it is occasionally helpful to have a tune up. Aftercare options include scheduling additional retreats (often shorter than the first round) or remote support via phone and email.
